Senior Reliability Trainer & Consultant
(Part-time or full-time onsite role, salary commensurate with experience)
Join us at Reliability Center, a fast-growing SaaS and training company dedicated to helping organizations eliminate failures and improve reliability through world-class Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and technology. We partner with some of the most complex industrial operations in the world—across manufacturing, energy, heavy industry, food processing, and pulp & paper—to help them build high-performing reliability RCA programs and proactively prevent failures.
This is a unique opportunity to be our first full-time consultant hire (Consultant 1)—a foundational role where you will help shape our consulting practice and lead critical customer engagements. You will be a key driver of our consulting practice, delivering PROACT® RCA training and leveraging our EasyRCA software while working directly with companies to strengthen their reliability programs and facilitate real-world failure investigations. This role offers a rare mix of technical expertise, strategic influence, and leadership potential, allowing you to not only work hands-on with customers but also help shape the future of our consulting team.
If you’re a senior reliability engineer (10-20 years experience) looking to transition into high-impact consulting, training, and industry leadership, this role will give you the chance to influence how companies apply RCA, scale their reliability programs, and drive lasting operational improvements.

- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure organizations see measurable ROI from their RCA programs.
- Identify opportunities to expand consulting engagements, ensuring customers achieve long-term reliability maturity.
